Pingtung Station was located at No.
222, Jhongsiao Rd., Pingtung City, Pingtung County, under the jurisdiction
of Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office. Our current Director, Mr. Syu,
Shih-Ming, and Deputy Director, Mr. Chen, Fong-Jian, lead the staff of 127
(including 9 staffs at Hengchun Substation) to take charge of vehicle
services in Pingtung County (27 cities and townships including Pingtung
City, Sandimen Township, Wutai Township, Majia Township, Jiouru Township,
Ligang Township, Gaoshu Township, Yanpu Township, Changjhih Township, Linluo
Township, Jhutian Township, Neipu Township, Wandan Township, Chaojhou
Township, Taiwu Township, Laiyi Township, Wanluan Township, Kanding
Township, Sinpi Township, Nanjhou Township, Linbian Township, Donggang
Township, Liouciou Township, Jiadong Township, Sinyuan Township, Fangliao
Township, and Chunrih Township). Five subsections were established due to
business demand. In addition, the motorcycle business in Fangshan Township,
Shihzih Township, Checheng Township, Mudan Township, Hengchun Township, and
Manjhou Township was under the charge of Hengchun Substation.
There were many scenic areas adjacent to Pintung Station,
such as Kenting National Park, National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium,
Baolai Hot Spring, Maolin Forest Recreation Area, Tengjhih Forest Recreation
Area, Aboriginal Culture Park in Majia Township, and Dapeng Bay Scenic Area.
These scenic areas are excellent choices for various leisure activities and
tours, and we sincerely invite you to visit here.
